BEXBACH, GERMANY – 31 December 2025 – O3 Holding GmbH (the “Company”), the holding company of the KD Pharma Group, through its subsidiary KD Swiss GmbH, signed today an agreement with dsm-firmenich to acquire the distribution and supply of the food-grade oil business from dsm-firmenich. The acquisition is financed by a shareholder loan.
Closing of the transaction is expected today and is not subject to any condition’s precedent.
